There are four molding methods for Industrial Tray Moldings:
The first type injection molding. (Xinyuan Plastic Industry) Plastic pallets produced by injection molding are flat, bright, stiff, and dense, with greater freedom in product planning. They are divided into double-sided integral plastic pallets and double-sided assembled plastic pallets. The ordinary product of the double-sided integral pallet has a self-weight of more than 15 kg/piece, and its appearance is rather chaotic. It requires an injection molding machine with a clamping force of more than 2500 tons. This type of pallet has complicated shapes, large investment, and relatively high cost. However, due to the few production processes, the production compliance is relatively high, and the product quality is better. Few ordinary plastic processing plants have adopted this method. Double-sided assembled pallets, the double-sided integral pallet is divided into two upper and lower pieces, which are respectively injection molded and then assembled. Although this product requires two molds, the mold structure is greatly reduced. The total mold investment is still cheaper than the integral type. At the same time, the requirements for the clamping force of the equipment are also lower. The clamping force is more than 1500 tons, and the average plastic processing field is average. It’s easier to do. This production method can become the mainstream of plastic pallet production.
The second type: extrusion-hollow blow molding method. Extrusion of plastic pallets-hollow blow molding is similar to ordinary blow molding of hollow finished products, because the products are larger and double-sided, requiring larger extruders, clamping machines and molds. Now domestic hollow molding machine manufacturers have developed a super-large hollow molding machine that specializes in high-speed production of high-strength blow-molded pallets. It uses HMWHDPE high-strength plastic production, fast molding rate, good product quality, high strength, high rigidity, and very long The service life of the ordinary blow-molded tray can reach 510 years, and it can work fluctuating at -4040℃. The dynamic load of the product can reach more than 3t, and the bending strength has reached a high degree. It is the preferred pallet for long-life and high-strength applications. Now its price is higher than other plastic pallets. Because of its long service life, its cost performance is the highest among all pallets. With the drastic drop in the price of molding equipment, this approach will be rapidly developed in successive years. It will have greater advantages in terms of saving limited kerosene resources and reducing logistics costs.
The third type: vacuum forming. There are also two types of plastic pallets produced by vacuum blister molding: single-sided and double-sided. Single-sided blister trays are mostly used for packaging and transportation of small motors (such as vacuum cleaner motors, electric things motors, etc.) and wire reels. They have been developed rapidly recently and are mainly dedicated. The double-sided blister trays are assembled in two ways: the upper half is an extruded fixed-length and fixed-width plastic sheet, the lower half is a large vacuum blister product; the upper and lower halves are both large vacuum blister Finished product. This method requires large-scale vacuum suction equipment for production and molding, and the equipment cost is low, and the mold cost is also low, but the product wall thickness is uneven.
The fourth: the fourth is the extrusion molding method. The plastic trays produced by this method are all assembled. That is, the extruder and the top-quality equipment are used to extrude the slats used as the upper and lower panels and the I-shaped adapter plate with double wings as the connection support, and then assemble. The emergence of wood-plastic composite materials promoted the development of plastic pallets by extrusion molding. It is based on natural plant fibers (including wood powder, husk, straw powder, rice bran, etc.) and waste plastics as the main materials, so that the plastic pallet has a woody feel, and has the advantages of water resistance and insect resistance, and can be planed, sawed, and nailed. . Among the four molding methods, this method has the least investment in production equipment and molds, the lowest cost, and the best price-to-function ratio. This product has been produced in places such as Beijing and Shandong.
